Ledeuxions
Chapter I — History

Choosing
to slow down

Years with more questions than plans, and the work that grew out of those questions. This name began not as a job title, but as a way to record how I make decisions.

Chronology

2008 —
2008 BeginningI entered architecture school — and almost immediately slowed down. I had more questions than plans, and every choice that followed began with those questions.
2009 Military serviceBetween paperwork problems and long stretches of waiting, I learned that life can slip out of your plans at any moment. In the end I accepted the time I was given and finished my service.
2012 After service · IncheonInstead of going straight back to school, I stayed in Incheon and studied French. Rather than rushing back, I needed time to ask where I actually wanted to go.
2013 ParisI lived in France for about a year. It wasn't for a career or for results. I went to ask myself one question: what is beauty?
2014 ReturnI went back, graduated, and started practicing architecture. Before it was a job, architecture became a language for understanding the world. Around then I began using the name LeDeuxions.
2017 LeDeuxionsWorking through design offices and many projects, I felt technology and automation rapidly reshaping professional work. From then on I began recording, under that name, not a profession but a way of thinking and choosing.
Now Systems and judgmentI work with automation, systems and AI. The goal isn't efficiency — it's building structures that let people and organizations make their own judgments.

Deux regards
Temps
Ce temps n’était pas destiné à devenir une carrière. Il servait à ralentir. À comprendre que certaines réponses n’apparaissent qu’à faible vitesse.Time — not for a career, but for slowing down
Beauté
Observer comment une forme existe sans expliquer son utilité. Comment le beau survit sans justification ni rendement.Beauty — what exists without needing to be useful
Décision
Depuis, je ne cherche plus la bonne méthode. Je m’interroge plutôt sur le bon critère. La décision précède toujours la technique.Decision — the criterion that must come before the method
Chapter III — Posture

Not teaching —
thinking together

I don't think I'm in a position to hand out right answers. What I have isn't a finished method — it's a record of what I based my judgment on at each moment of choice.

So rather than “do it this way,” I’d rather start with “here’s why I came to think this way.” It’s the most honest way to accept that everyone’s situation is different.

Sharing what I know is less a lesson than a process: putting the question on the table and refining the criteria for judgment together.
